I have now stayed at this hotel twice, and it remains a favorite! the rooms are comfy. the food was AMAZING!!! oksy, the bartender, creates amazing cocktails. the staff members are very helpful. Scott assisted with directions. he is a wonderful person!
i noticed slight dust in the bathroom vents, though it was a very minor issue.

the room featured a great selection of teas, coffees. i especially liked the tunnocks caramel wafers provided. the bed was so comfy. the bathroom was huge with lovely toiletries.

I really liked that the staff knew so much and were helpful. The room was amazing, very clean, and well decorated. I also liked that the bar seemed inviting, it has great drinks. I found the food fab, i enjoyed every bite.
The parking situation was inconvenient. I thought there was a restricted time and cost to park outside.
